How it works, from brief to published article

Every order moves through the same six stages. Each stage has a clear owner, and nothing moves forward without your approval.

A few minutes

Choose your service

Pick the type of work that fits your goal, or tell us the goal and we suggest the service.

Each service solves a different problem. Sponsored articles reach readers of a specific publication quickly. Guest posts build your expert reputation through editorial acceptance. Digital PR earns news coverage. Content writing, outreach and distribution support all three.

If you are unsure, describe what you want to achieve and who you want to reach. We recommend a service and explain why before you commit to anything.

What you do

  • Pick a service on the services page or describe your goal
  • Choose a plan from the pricing page if one fits

What we do

  • Confirm the service fits your goal
  • Point out cheaper or simpler options when they exist

Proposal usually within a few business days

Submit your requirements

Send the page you want to promote, your audience, target markets and any publishers you have in mind.

The request form asks for what we need to plan the work: the URL you want to promote, who your readers are, which countries and languages matter, your budget range and any constraints such as topics to avoid.

Submitting a request does not commit you to buy. We reply with a proposal, a publisher shortlist where relevant, and a quote based on the prices shown on our pricing page.

What you do

  • Fill in the request form
  • Share brand guidelines or past content if you have them

What we do

  • Reply with questions if anything is unclear
  • Send a written proposal and quote

Typically 5 to 10 business days per article

Content research and creation

We research the topic and the publication, propose an outline and write the article.

Every article starts with research into two things: the topic, so the content is accurate and useful, and the target publication, so it fits the readers and the editor's rules.

You approve an outline before writing. Drafts include a list of sources for factual claims so you can verify them.

What you do

  • Approve the outline
  • Answer questions from the writer, or join a short interview

What we do

  • Research the subject and the publication
  • Write the draft with sources

Depends on the publisher's calendar

Editorial review

You review the draft, then the publisher's editor reviews it. Both can request changes.

First you check the draft for accuracy and tone. Then the publisher's editor reviews it against their own standards. Editors have the final word on what runs on their site; we do not ask them to publish anything they would not normally publish.

For paid placements, the editor also confirms how the sponsored label will appear and that links will carry the right attributes.

What you do

  • Review and approve the draft

What we do

  • Handle the editor's feedback and revisions
  • Confirm disclosure and link attributes with the publisher

Same day as publication

Publication

The article goes live on the publisher's site, labeled correctly, and we check it.

When the article is published we check the live page: that the content matches the approved version, that the sponsored label is visible when the placement is paid, and that links point to the right pages with the agreed attributes and UTM parameters.

If something is wrong, we ask the publisher to fix it before we report the placement as delivered.

What you do

  • Nothing, unless you want to share the article on your channels

What we do

  • Check the live page
  • Request corrections where needed

Track your results

You receive the live URL and the details you need to see results in your own analytics.

The delivery report lists the live URL, the publication date, the links and their attributes, and the UTM parameters used. With those, referral visits and leads appear in your analytics under the campaign name we agreed.

We report what we can observe. We do not invent traffic figures or ranking changes, and we do not report publisher-provided numbers as verified.

What you do

  • Check referral visits and leads in your analytics

What we do

  • Send the delivery report
  • Report removals or changes we notice
